I've been good....I promise.

I'm sure Santa's heart melted when he saw this one. She's the cutest little thing, and was constantly on the go as I chased her around my studio! Then at just the right moment... snap... and a classic moment was captured. This is what I love best about photography... giving parents a moment in time that they'll cherish a lifetime.

It's almost Christmas...

and I'm close to a panic attack with everything that we have going on. School plays, church plays, costumes, cookies, gifts, parties, elves... Oh My Goodness, these crazy elves that visit my house each year are going to make me insane! As you know last year they toilet papered our family and dining room one day, then threw eggs out of the refrigerator another. This year they seem to have calmed down some - well, except for the silly string they arrived with and the snowball fight they had in the kitchen with mini marshmallows last night. My kids love them - of course. If you would like more information on how you too can have mischievous little elves in your home, please visit Elf-Magic.com.

And now take a look at my babies who I bribed, begged and beat (just kidding) to get through this mini session. Now I know how you guys feel when your gallery opens. I can't stop staring at my kids! Later this week I'll open a small gallery of our shoot for you to visit. Oh, I love my job, I love my job!!

How cute and how polished

is this little model? Well, let me put it this way... as I snapped away she told me it was her job to get her picture taken. She models for several large department stores, but this weekend we were updating her cards for the agency. Miss N. was so much fun to work with and when we started out it was Freezing!! However the sun and her smiles warmed everyone up very quickly! Thank you for a great day T.

This time she brought

her little brother along, who's, well, not so little after all. Believe it or not he's 12 - and already taller than his 16 year old sister. We laughed, talked about Christmas and admired nature's beauty. It was a gorgeous fall day, exams were over with, and their family was beach bound. Leaves were falling as we left the park... this my favorite time of year - it's absolutely breath taking, and then it's gone.

With his super strength and her amazing cheer leading abilities this quick pose (LOL) is one of my favorites.

Isn't this incredible?

It wasn't too long ago...

that I photographed this little one as a new born - and now look at him! He has on his big boy overalls and is out wondering through the park with his favorite girl!

Deep, in a mystical forest...

I found the cutest kids. We searched for toads, birds and squirrels, then dad spotted an alligator - he has an incredible imagination! Thanks L & A for a fun and eventful morning!

Totally amazing black and white!

I can't stop staring at this image! I love, love, love it! As the sun glistened in J's hair, she turned, gave me that look, and bam - there it was.

Show stoppers!

When these two girls arrived on the scene in Lilly Pulitzer's high fashions everyone thought we were doing a commercial shoot. It was late in the afternoon, the park was crowded, people were relaxing in the grass and everyone sat back and watched as these two sisters stole the show. What a great way to end the day!

Swellies - I LOVE them!

These water proof rubber boots by Lilly Pulitzer are HOT! I absolutely love the way they top off an outfit and I was thrilled when I turned around and saw Miss. J. wearing them. This is definitely one of my favorite shots!

Look at these bright blue eyes!

One of her favorite things are lady bugs, which made this the perfect outfit.

Can you tell these next two are brother and sister? I think it's the smile that gives it away!

Remember the little girl...

who is great with animal sounds? Here she is. Miss A. is in the middle of her family going "whee", another thing she loves! Then we have an incredible poser! Miss L. had moves her mother didn't even know about! Finally, my wonderful laughers - what fun they are to be around! Mrs. G. can make anyone smile.

All I have to say is..... Wow!!

What an incredible day we had at the Pink Bee this past Sunday! I had so much fun meeting and photographing beautiful people in beautiful clothes! Joanna Sherman, the owner of the Pink Bee in Greenville, SC, has some AMAZING customers. It was great to get to know each family on a personal level. I met the the best laughers, several incredible posers, numerous energetic toddlers, one mom who had everyone laughing and a fantastic little girl who could guess any animal sound I came up with. In between all of this fun I managed to capture the most incredible images. I swear, I have the best job in the world! ....And now it's time for the sneak peeks I promised. If you're image is not posted, it will be soon. I'm going in order of when you came to me on Sunday.

Incredible eyelashes!

Is he cute or what?!?! And look at those eyelashes - they curl up and almost touch his eyebrows. Don't let this cute bundle of boy fool you, he's all boy - and Santa better start looking for a motorcycle for Christmas because that's what E. wants!

A model in the making!

Wow, does he have the look or what? I was amazed at how easy going and laid back P. was to work with. He turned, laughed and jumped for the most terrific shots!

Look at these cuties!!

I love childhood photography! I get to meet and play with all types of children and these two were some of the most well behaved! As for their mother - well, she's a total sweetheart! Thanks for a truly fun time!
