I found the cutest kids. We searched for toads, birds and squirrels, then dad spotted an alligator - he has an incredible imagination! Thanks L & A for a fun and eventful morning!
I can't stop staring at this image! I love, love, love it! As the sun glistened in J's hair, she turned, gave me that look, and bam - there it was.
When these two girls arrived on the scene in Lilly Pulitzer's high fashions everyone thought we were doing a commercial shoot. It was late in the afternoon, the park was crowded, people were relaxing in the grass and everyone sat back and watched as these two sisters stole the show. What a great way to end the day!
These water proof rubber boots by Lilly Pulitzer are HOT! I absolutely love the way they top off an outfit and I was thrilled when I turned around and saw Miss. J. wearing them. This is definitely one of my favorite shots!
One of her favorite things are lady bugs, which made this the perfect outfit.

who is great with animal sounds? Here she is. Miss A. is in the middle of her family going "whee", another thing she loves! Then we have an incredible poser! Miss L. had moves her mother didn't even know about! Finally, my wonderful laughers - what fun they are to be around! Mrs. G. can make anyone smile.

What an incredible day we had at the Pink Bee this past Sunday! I had so much fun meeting and photographing beautiful people in beautiful clothes! Joanna Sherman, the owner of the Pink Bee in Greenville, SC, has some AMAZING customers. It was great to get to know each family on a personal level. I met the the best laughers, several incredible posers, numerous energetic toddlers, one mom who had everyone laughing and a fantastic little girl who could guess any animal sound I came up with. In between all of this fun I managed to capture the most incredible images. I swear, I have the best job in the world! ....And now it's time for the sneak peeks I promised. Is he cute or what?!?! And look at those eyelashes - they curl up and almost touch his eyebrows. Don't let this cute bundle of boy fool you, he's all boy - and Santa better start looking for a motorcycle for Christmas because that's what E. wants!

I love childhood photography! I get to meet and play with all types of children and these two were some of the most well behaved! As for their mother - well, she's a total sweetheart! Thanks for a truly fun time!

it's almost impossible for me to keep it all contained! I'm working with several incredible commercial clients on displays that are going to be absolutely amazing in both Greenwood and Greenville. They are going to be colorful, upbeat and wonderfully fun! Oh, and get this, last week I was contacted by one of the largest publishing companies in the US for custom publishing and they've asked me to be their Greenville rep! Oh yeah, oh yeah, I'm doing the happy dance! LOL! I'm also working with the Humane Society of Greenwood on a fantastic package for their silent auction so stay turned for more details.
Not only am I busy on the commercial end, this time of year gets very busy with clients trying to get their sessions in before Christmas. In order to have prints in time for Christmas gift giving your session must be booked on or before November 17th.....October is fully booked, and November only has a few openings left, so if are thinking about a session please contact me asap.

News Flash - I am now booking sessions into September, August is jammed packed, and September is filling quickly. This year is flying by! Wow!
Also, I have received several inquiries asking when is the latest date to book a session and have prints back before Christmas so I decided to post it here... That date would be November 15th. It feels so weird to be talking about Christmas when it's 100 degrees outside - but it will be here before I know it and I'm preparing early this year! (famous last words!LOL!!)
